so today i went into Topshop not really looking for anything, but walked away with this cute cropped cross Tee, i'm not religious but i couldn't pass up this little find at the back of the buy it now rail.... 

A Peak Inside Burberry

Burberry's Menswear A/W12 collection was streamed live form Love magazine, it was a brilliant show playing on Burberry's traditional tailoring and gentlemenly refinement, but also managed to inject a new flavour with block colour strips and geometric shapes. Bravo Christopher Bailey  

today at uni we were asked to do a one day research development project, where we were given a few words which we had to pick one and do research on it and then do a range of outfits which show the research we have done
my chosen words were STREAM OF CONSCIOUSNESS, these are some of the designs...

Conceptuals

So these are my two final concept ideas, the first is Jekyll and Hyde, looking at split personality, focusing on figurative research and furthering into researching metamorphose and juxtaposition. 

The other idea is looking at space and the emptiness of it. positive and negative space, also the displacment of a person within the space..... But which to choose?

A Day in Focus

 My weekend was spent documenting my work from my last project, my close friends lottie (http://charlottemantonphotography.wordpress.com/) and katharine helped me out with photography and modelling.... it was cold and extremely windy, but we pushed through it!
